Team & Studio

Brand it. Watermark it. Track it.

Team and Studio add the studio layer to the free app: your brand on everything you send, a marked copy for every reviewer, and the whole library at a glance. One payment per organisation, never per seat.

ReviewDeck is in early access, so every level is 50% off until 1.0.

Your brand, everywhere.

Choose a logo and colours under Branding in Settings and watch a sent review take them on before you save. Then everyone who opens the library sees the app in your colours, and every reader, portal page and PDF you send carries your name and logo instead of the ReviewDeck badge.

  • Start from a palette, or set every colour yourself, text included.
  • A contrast check keeps notes readable in whatever you choose.
  • Write the covering note that goes out with each send.

A copy for each person. Their name on every frame.

Put who a review is for in the Send dialog, one person per line, and tick Watermark each copy. Each reviewer gets their own file with their name burned into every video frame and still, plus a short trace code.

  • Four layouts: Centre, Tiled, Moving and Corner.
  • An admin can offer it, tick it by default or make it the rule.
  • You see the mark on a real frame before anything goes.

Trace any copy back.

Every marked copy carries a code like RD-K7Q2MX, and the library's register records each send: who sent it, who it was for, how it went out and when. If a frame turns up where it shouldn't, type the code into the register and you have the send.

  • Every send, delete, restore, status change and sign-off, with who and when.
  • Search it by name, review or code; export the lot as CSV.

See the whole library.

Admins get an Activity view: which reviews are waiting on feedback, which sends haven't come back, how long reviews take to a first note and to sign-off, and who reviewed what this week. Click any row to open the review.

Rules that shape the app.

Mark a review Final once it's signed off, choose who can delete, require a password on every send, set roles and hand a leaver's reviews to someone else, all in Settings.

The rules are cooperative by design: they shape what the app offers, and your folder permissions stay the real lock.

Pay once. Pick your size.

The level is how many people can add to a library: the free app 5, Team 12, Studio 50 and Studio 100 the numbers in their names. Team brings your brand, the admin tools, 3D folders, 3D elements and Compare; Studio adds watermarks with trace codes, the register, roles and the delete policy, the drop folder that turns renders into reviews, and takes ReviewDeck's name off everything you send.
